Beginning Ballet and Tap!!!

Lauren is excited Isabella will be taking dance at Double Take!
Lining up with all the other children...she looks a little nervous.

Here are her new ballet shoes!

Here is the dance bag Isabella picked. She is so excited about ballet and tap. She calls her tap shoes her tappy shoes! Can't wait to see how well she does this next year.

Gymnastics Fun!

The past two summers I have been lucky enough to sign Isabella up for an amazing gymnastics program sponsored by HEBISD. She loves it so much and it keeps her engaged for 45 minutes once a week. This was our last day of class so I was able to follow her around and photograph her progress.

Going down the tumble track. Starting the obstacle course...here we go!
Through and then go under.
Headed over to do some balancing. Working on some balancing.

Hanging on to the rings.

Getting ready to do a flip...

Swing our legs then go over.

Hold ourself up with of course help from Miss Heather.

Swinging on our own.

Loved it before, must do it again!

Last thing, she had to play in the pit!

Birthday gifts sent in the mail...

Thank you Uncle Mike, Aunt Kay Kay and Lily for my birthday gifts. We came home on Thursday and on Friday right after nap the doorbell rang for Isabella. She had a birthday package to open... she was so excited.
Opening the small one first Every piece of paper came off the box...

Perfect, she LOVES puzzles, especially ones with our name included on them.
Now for the big gift.
It's a pink doctor kit! She said why did they get me a suitcase, am I going on the airplane again? Such a silly girl.Thank you Uncle Mike, Aunt Kay Kay and Lily!

Sadly time to go home...

There are no words to prepare you for good bye, I had no idea that it was going to be this hard. Although when we said left we thought we were saying bye for 43 days and now it has turned into 50 days. We all can't wait for this year long project is finished, but without this opportunity we would have never taken a family vacation like we did.

Here the girls are waiting for our plane and our 10 hour flight back to Texas.
Lauren excited that she did not have to sit with us again.

One happy 3 year old watching her Tangled movie.

Luck was on my side again...a 10 hour flight with Isabella...SHE WAS AWESOME!!! I was very lucky that she behaved, stayed in her seat WITH her seatbelt on the entire time. She made friends with the man beside her (Matt), she was so funny she even hugged him as we left. That girl is so crazy!

Turning 3 in Germany!
